Manager Roy Mason has spent over 5000 days in charge and is the second-longest serving manager in the NWCFL. He took over as Steeton Manager in August 2006, following a season as Reserve team manager. He has been extremely successful, leading the Chevrons to the 2017/18 WRCA First Division title and three Keighley Cups. He also led the club to a County Cup final appearance at Elland Road in 2014. Roy says his proudest achievement at Steeton is seeing the club move to a semi-professional level and playing in the FA Vase.
